If arbitration is elected:
It shall occur in Oakland County, Michigan
The Company selects the arbitration forum
Each party bears its own costs unless otherwise required by law
The Company retains the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in court.
22. JURY TRIAL WAIVER
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND THE COMPANY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY in any legal proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site.
